This has allowed AIReps to become a “Silver Supplier” to Boeing with deliveries of over 6 million parts with a 99.98% on time rating.
In addition to being a stocking distributor of many “hard to find” aerospace parts, AIReps has managed to form strong, mutually advantageous business relationships with several manufacturers, overhaul facilities, end-users and distributors alike. In fact among certain elite circles such as Lockheed Martin, Triumph Group, Raytheon ect., AIReps has been nick named as the “go to guys.” Some of the main aircrafts we stock inventory for are the A-10, C-5, C-9, C-17, C-130, F-15, F-16, F-18, KC-10, KC-135, L-188, and P-3. The wide array of products and services we offer includes the procurement of consumable hardware items such as nuts, bolts, hi-locks, bushings, spacers, fasteners, studs, connectors, filters, seals, as well as specialized manufactured parts such as tubing, jet stairs, cargo equipment, sealants, chemicals, batteries, seals, skins, panels, and services such as engine overhauls, airframe and component repairs and maintenance and so much more!
Under the guidance of our accomplished CEO, Sheri Chaffin Weir, Esq (with over 13 years experience in the aerospace industry), you can be certain that policy regarding financial, legal and administrative matters is not only clear cut and defined, but more so fair to all parties involved. With accomplishments in higher education including a law degree with current membership of the California State Bar coupled with extensive management and development experience, Sheri brings AIReps the operational structure needed for stability and growth while possessing the ability to recognize and adapt to the ever-changing business environment. Where most CEO’s only focus on the big picture, Sheri opts for the “hands on approach” with involvement in the day-to-day activities enabling her to invoke continual improvements to an already well developed infrastructure. This in turn nurtures relationships with customers and vendors as well as continuous maintenance and improvements in quality level, product-line availability, and training and supervision of all personnel.
On her side stands the President Robert Weir, III with a reputation precedes him in the aerospace industry. Simply say the nickname “Lucky” in any established organization and chances are someone will have something positive to say. With 27 plus years of aircraft hardware knowledge under his belt along with holding the position of President of the Aircraft Hardware Sales Association for more than 14 years, there is not many questions pertaining to hardware that he can’t answer. With a humble beginning originating in the late 1970's counting and cleaning bolt in the warehouse, Lucky’s charm and charisma soon propelled him to his true calling finding a new home in sales where his talents have been appreciated and recognized ever since. Over the 27 years Lucky had the good fortune to work in many of the leaders in the aerospace industry such as UFC Aerospace, AAR, Burbank Aircraft/Fairchild/now called Honeywell HPG, Texas International Aviation now called Anixter, Wesco, Air Industry Corp., Allfast thus learning all the successful strategies that these benchmark companies utilized, as well as having the good sense to notice which policies hindered performance. He was instrumental in obtaining several large Just-In-Time contracts with end-users McDonnell Douglas, Boeing, Rocketdyne Propulsion & Power, Lockheed Martin, Hughes Helicopter, Teledyne & Northrop Grumman while establishing a well deserved reputation of honesty and integrity. This comprehensive knowledge of parts, planes and people creates a dynamic center of expertise which leads a determined team with top priority being to satisfy all your aerospace needs!
